Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
By installing or using Fixor (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Fixor is a GitHub App that automatically analyzes pull request diffs for SQL injection risks and posts structured findings with suggested fixes. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized to install GitHub Apps on the repositories where you deploy Fixor. You are responsible for the code and data in your repositories.
3. Free Tier
The free tier includes analysis for up to 3 repositories. Additional usage requires a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise).
4. Fair Use
Automated abuse, scanning of repositories you do not own or have permission to scan, or usage that overloads our infrastructure is prohibited and may result in termination.
5. No Warranty
Fixor performs automated analysis using AI. Findings are suggestions, not guarantees. We do not guarantee:
- Detection of all vulnerabilities in your code
- Absence of false positives
- That suggested fixes are syntactically or semantically correct in your context
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying any suggested fixes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixor and its authors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or business interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
Fixor is open-source software released under the MIT License. See the repository at github.com/tornidomaroc-web/fixor for the full license text.
8. Termination
You may uninstall Fixor at any time from your GitHub settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our GitHub repository.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
